The information provided on this form will be used by CFDC of CIFN to include the artist in an Aboriginal Artisan Catalogue as well as help the artist prepare a professional portfolio for use in the BC Aboriginal Market Place website and face book blog. The catalogue will include information about the artisan, his or her background, and art experience. It will also include a mini-biography, an artist statement, a photo of the artisan and four samples of the artisans work.
